If we are unable to deliver any course, you will receive a full refund of the cost, as well as a free course of equal or lesser value.
	Investing in Corporate Employees? Your investment is protected. If a corporate employee leaves the company within one year of taking a course, a new employee may attend the same course on a space available basis for the cost of courseware. New Horizons guarantees we can offer your company continual employee growth.
	Need to Retake a Course? Retake any course at no charge. New Horizons guarantees that your training investment results in the highest level of knowledge attained. Upon course completion, a student may retake the same course at no additional charge on a space available basis for as long as necessary to comprehend all course objectives.
	Just Missed an Updated Course Release? Take the new course at a discounted cost. Take the new course at a discounted cost. NH United realizes the challenges of keeping your skills current. If a course update is released within 9 months of your completion, you will receive a discounted cost to take the new version based on elapsed time: 0-3 months, 90% discount; 4-6 months, 60% discount; 7-9 months, 30% discount.

Through an unbiased third-party organization, Knowledge Advisors, every NH United client completes a Metrics that Matter evaluation after every class. On a scale of 1-9, our average instructor score is 8.51. Survey feedback is utilized to directly improve the delivery of our training.
